After graduating from the School of Management at the University of Ottawa, Canada, and completing a French pastry course at Le Cordon Bleu in 2009, Chef Nueng gained over 12 years of experience as a pastry chef. Her creations have been featured in magazines, served on national airlines, sold in numerous supermarkets, and she has supported TV baking shows and taught over a thousand students. At first, her greatest pride was creating delicious pastries that brought happiness to people. However, as time went by, she realized that taste alone was not enough if it compromised health. This led her to seriously study sourdough, believing in its many benefits. She discovered that truly delicious and healthy pastries are possible. In December 2020, Sourdough Saga was born to share both happiness and good health with her customers—something she is most proud of.
